We will promptly report any rule violations to Airbnb, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in accordance with their policies. At our Airbnb, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. However, it is important to note that we do not issue refunds for circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, cable or internet service interruptions, appliance failures, lights burning out, or any other mechanical issues. Acts of nature or unforeseen technical glitches are beyond our purview, and while we empathize with any inconvenience they may cause, we cannot be held responsible for these occurrences. We encourage guests to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact their stay. Our commitment is to address issues within our direct control promptly and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating environment for our valued guests.

POOL SAFETY RULES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY AT ANY TIME.

ALL USERS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK

No running on pool deck area.

No pushing or shoving of others in the pool or on the pool deck.

Users must be in good standing with Association.

No glass bottles or glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area.

No plastic bags or balloons are allowed in the pool area.

No profanity or obnoxious language is allowed in the pool area.

No throwing of objects in pool with the exception of water toys.

No playing or sitting on water fall or catch pool.

Any person with any open cuts or wounds will not be allowed in the pool. Pools will close from 10:00 pm – 10:00 am.

No street clothes are allowed in the pool at any time.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

No smoking in or around the pool areas.

No pets allowed in the pool areas.

NO DIVING IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA

Pool furniture is for the convenience of those using the swimming pools and may not be removed from the area.

Circumventing the established pool hour schedule or temporary pool closure by climbing over the fence or locked gate is prohibited and local law enforcement will called.

NO GLASS CONTAINERS of any kind are permitted in the pool area. If a person has glass, he/she will be asked their Lot number and an immediate fine of $100.00 (one hundred dollars) will be assessed. If a person breaks glass in the pool area that requires the closing, cleaning and reopening of the pool, a $1,000.00 (one thousand dollar) fee will be assessed.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following hot tub safety rules. Please note that the property owner and management assume no liability for any incidents, and your use of the hot tub constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer:

No Unsupervised Use: The hot tub is for the enjoyment of registered guests only. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you are alone, and always supervise children.

Shower Before Use: For hygiene purposes, it is mandatory to shower before entering the hot tub. Lotions, oils, and other substances can affect water quality.

Temperature Limits: The hot tub temperature is preset for your safety. Do not adjust the temperature controls, as excessively high temperatures can lead to health risks.

Time Limits: To prevent dehydration and overheating, limit each hot tub session to a reasonable amount of time (typically 15-30 minutes). Take breaks and cool down as needed.

No Glassware or Food: For safety reasons, glassware and food are strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub area. Use only plastic or non-breakable containers.

No Diving or Jumping: The hot tub is not suitable for diving or jumping. Enter and exit carefully to avoid slips, trips, or falls.

Pregnant Individuals and Health Concerns: Consult with a physician before using the hot tub, especially if you are pregnant or have health concerns. Hot tub use may pose risks for certain medical conditions.

No Electrical Appliances: Do not bring any electrical appliances near the hot tub to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Keep the Area Tidy: Dispose of any trash in the provided receptacles. Keep the hot tub area clean and free from personal belongings.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, first aid kits, and emergency contact information. In case of injury or emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or use of drugs before or during hot tub use can impair judgment and increase the risk of accidents. Please refrain from using the hot tub under the influence.

Lock the Hot Tub Cover: After use, securely lock the hot tub cover to prevent unauthorized access and to retain heat.

By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these safety rules. The property owner and management assume no liability for any incidents, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the use of the hot tub.
